In the winter of 2017, the life of Lance Chaz Dixon, a 25-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Essex, Maryland. On the evening of December 8th, events unfolded in the 900 block of Ashbridge Drive that would end in violence. Witnesses in the area later recounted hearing a heated argument taking place just before the sound of gunfire shattered the night's quiet.
