focused on the evening of Tuesday, February 24th. It was revealed that Christopher Hagerman had been at a home on Wiltshire Road in Essex, where he rented the basement. He was not alone that night; three other individuals were present, including 37-year-old Antoine Holmes. Police believe that Hagerman and Holmes were acquainted. According to a woman who also lived in the home, Hagerman had inquired about where he could obtain some Percocet before he and Holmes left the residence together. This detail provided a crucial glimpse into the moments leading up to the fatal encounter.
Detectives determined that some form of interaction between Hagerman and Holmes escalated, culminating in the fatal shooting. Charging documents indicate that Antoine Holmes initially provided false information to the police regarding his whereabouts on that Tuesday night after leaving the Wiltshire Road house.
