In the quiet community of Essex, Maryland, the life of 59-year-old Danté Casanova Doles Sr. was tragically cut short on the morning of September 5, 2021. On that Sunday, just after 9 a.m., Baltimore County Police responded to a call for a shooting in the 200 block of Oberle Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Doles suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
