In the summer of 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the afternoon quiet of a Greenbelt, Maryland, apartment complex, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. On July 29, at approximately 1:55 p.m., police responded to the 8500 block of Greenbelt Road after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered 23-year-old Jordan Swan of Bowie in the parking lot, suffering from gunshot wounds.
