On a Thursday afternoon, March 30, 2023, the life of 44-year-old Steven Mouring of Suitland, Maryland, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded around 1:50 p.m. in the 8500 block of Greenbelt Road, where police responded to a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Mouring inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
