On August 9, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Capitol Heights, Maryland, resulting in the death of 34-year-old Terrell Hightower. The Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD) reported that Hightower, a resident of Temple Hills, was fatally shot inside a home in Capitol Heights.
