William Albert Nelson, aged 47, tragically lost his life on September 19, 2011, in Capitol Heights, Maryland. On that evening, at approximately 8:58 p.m., Capitol Heights patrol officers responded to a call at 23 Sultan Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Nelson lying in the street, suffering from severe trauma to his body. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
