Robert Earl Price, a 22-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was tragically killed on August 7, 2022, in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. in the 4100 block of Southern Avenue. Patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting and found Price in a parking lot with a gunshot wound.
