In the summer of 2018, 28-year-old Kevin Gary Graves from Highland Township, Michigan, attended the Electric Forest music festival in Rothbury with his girlfriend. On July 1, 2018, the final day of the festival's second weekend, an argument occurred between Graves and his girlfriend, after which he reportedly walked away. He was never seen alive again.
