On November 8, 2024, at approximately 2 a.m., 37-year-old Antwan M. Davenport-Watson Sr. was fatally shot at a residence in the 2200 block of Montclair Avenue on Youngstown's South Side. Upon arrival, Youngstown police officers and ambulance personnel initiated life-saving measures, but Davenport-Watson succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
