Sa'Von C. Williams, a 17-year-old African American male from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life on February 14, 2017. His body was discovered in a heavily wooded area on the city's east side. The Mahoning County Coroner's office determined that he died from a single gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a homicide.
