Jarrell Rashaad Brown Sr., an 18-year-old male from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2015. His death was the result of a shooting incident. The investigation revealed that Braquan Walker, who was just 16 years old at the time, shot and killed Jarrell. Walker, along with 15-year-old James Johnson, was arrested in connection with the crime.
