Charles Michael "Jihad" Pullen, a 37-year-old African American male from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically passed away on February 9, 2020. He was a personal fitness trainer and delivery driver who was well-loved by his family and friends. Charles was born on April 26, 1982, and was the youngest son of Heywood Jr. and Betty Pullen.
