Charles Michael "Jihad" Pullen, a 37-year-old African American male from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically passed away on February 9, 2020. He was a personal fitness trainer and delivery driver who was well-loved by his family and friends. Charles was born on April 26, 1982, and was the youngest son of Heywood Jr. and Betty Pullen. He graduated from Raybrook High School and enjoyed spending time with his three sons and one daughter.
