Nicholas J. Burnett, a 35-year-old man from Boardman, Ohio, was tragically killed on January 26, 2020. Nick, as he was known, was born on September 16, 1984, and lived his entire life in Boardman. He was a graduate of Boardman High School and Youngstown State University, where he played football. Nick was also a dedicated firefighter, having graduated from the Youngstown Fire Department Training Academy in 2008. At the time of his death, he was employed by Pondscape and McCarthy Systems Co.
