In the early hours of a spring morning in Queens, New York, a young man’s life was tragically cut short. Michael Navarrette, a 22-year-old male, was shot in the head and died on May 17, 2020. The fatal incident occurred around 12:50 a.m. in front of a deli located at 108-02 Guy R. Brewer Boulevard.
