William S. Rios, a 33-year-old man from Youngstown, OH, died on November 7, 2021. His death was initially ruled as an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound to the thigh, which caused him to bleed out. However, his family disputes this finding, believing that his death was not self-inflicted. They argue that Rios had been shot in the back two weeks prior during a dispute among drug abusers, which led him to withdraw from his family.
