Rayshaun Clay, a 23-year-old African American male from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically died on May 23, 2021. He was shot outside the Torch Club Bar & Grill on Salt Springs Road, Youngstown, during a chaotic scene involving multiple individuals. Rayshaun was one of three people killed in this incident, which also left several others injured. The shooting occurred around 2:11 a.m., and the area was filled with fleeing people and cars, adding to the chaos.
