Reshaud M. "P. Hustle" Biggs Sr., a 33-year-old African American man from Youngstown, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on July 14, 2019. He was sitting in a parked car on East Lucius Avenue when he was fatally shot around 3 a.m. Biggs was well-known in the community as a rapper and the CEO of "Da Hustle Ent." record label. His death sent shockwaves through Youngstown, a city already grappling with high levels of violence and poverty.
