Amos Dothard Jr., an 18-year-old male from Youngstown, OH, tragically died on April 21, 2015, from a gunshot wound to the head. He was critically wounded on April 17, 2015, at the intersection of East Philadelphia and Homestead avenues on the South Side of Youngstown. Despite being kept alive by artificial means over the weekend, Dothard was declared brain dead due to the severity of his injuries.
