On March 20, 2024, J'Allen Underwood, a 17-year-old resident of Youngstown, Ohio, was fatally shot in a violent incident that has left the community in mourning. The shooting occurred around 10 p.m. on the city's Westside, where police found Underwood's body inside a car parked near Millet Street and Oakwood Avenue.
