Hugo Tecomateco, a 20-year-old male from Chicago, Illinois, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2020. Hugo was found unresponsive on the sidewalk in the 2100 block of North Parkside Avenue in the Belmont Central neighborhood. He had sustained gunshot wounds to his head and lower back. Despite being rushed to Loyola University Medical Center in critical condition, Hugo succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after.
