James Edward "Weegie" Thomas, a 58-year-old African American male from Youngstown, Ohio, passed away on May 9, 2019. He was born on December 13, 1960, and was a beloved member of his community. Weegie was known for his love of the Pittsburgh Steelers, dogs, and wearing hats.
