Devin Maurice Bell, a 26-year-old male from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 22, 2022. Bell was fatally shot at a Shell gas station located at South and Samuel Avenues in Youngstown. According to police reports, Bell was shot by two masked men who fled the scene on foot. When officers arrived, they found Bell deceased in the driver's seat of his car, with shattered windows and bullet casings nearby.
