Eric Gibbs, a 42-year-old African American man from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically died on May 15, 2022. His death was unexpected and occurred in an upstairs apartment on Shirley Road. Gibbs was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and his body was discovered by a neighbor. The Mahoning County Coroner's Office confirmed that his death was a homicide.
