In the spring of 2023, the life of Ricardo Martinez De Dios, a 33-year-old Hispanic/Latino male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in North Las Vegas, Nevada. On the evening of Thursday, April 13, 2023, in a residential area located in the 3700 block of East Owens Avenue, near North Pecos Road, Martinez De Dios was fatally wounded. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, but despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the location.
