On a cold Friday evening in Minneapolis, January 13, 2023, the life of 15-year-old Dwayne Scott Dzubay-Percy was cut tragically short. A member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, the male teenager was a freshman at Patrick Henry High School where he was an honor roll student. Known to his loved ones as "Dweezy," he had a passion for football and basketball, earning numerous trophies in both sports. He was also a former grass dancer and took great pride in his appearance.
