Andrew Billingsley Jr., a 38-year-old resident of Minneapolis, was tragically killed on July 24, 2014. The incident occurred at a gas station parking lot located at Penn Avenue North and North 26th Avenue just before 7 p.m. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner confirmed that Billingsley died from multiple gunshot wounds. The confrontation that led to the shooting began on a Metro Transit bus and escalated into the street, culminating in the fatal shooting.
