Andrew Billingsley Jr., a 38-year-old resident of Minneapolis, was tragically killed on July 24, 2014. homicide, Minneapolis police arrested a juvenile male the following morning. The suspect, identified as 17-year-old Joshua Ford, was later charged and pleaded guilty to the fatal shooting.
