On July 1, 2024, 25-year-old Sebastian Crawford was fatally shot at the Rockborough Apartments in east Wichita, Kansas. First responders arrived at the scene around 11 a.m. and found Crawford with a single gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead on-site. Multiple individuals, including two juveniles, were present in the apartment during the incident, though no one else was injured.
