In a quiet apartment complex in east Wichita, Kansas, the life of 25-year-old Sebastian Crawford, a White/Caucasian male, was abruptly ended on July 1, 2024. The morning calm was shattered at approximately 11:08 a.m. when emergency services received a call reporting a shooting at the Village Park Rockborough Apartments.
