In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Kansas City, Kansas, the life of 44-year-old Jimmie Clark Jr., a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On September 17, 2024, police responded to reports of a person lying in the street near the intersection of North 7th Street and Parallel Parkway.
