On the evening of August 4, 2023, a shooting in west Shreveport tragically cut short the life of 20-year-old Breanna Hall. Just before 9:30 p.m., Shreveport Police were called to the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and San Jacinto Avenue following reports of the shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Hall with multiple gunshot wounds. She was quickly transported to Ochsner LSU Health Hospital, but she ultimately succumbed to her injuries.
