Death by Force

Taylor D. Baskin, a 26-year-old woman, was fatally shot in the early hours of April 3, 2020, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. at a residence in the 300 block of Herndon Street in the Highland neighborhood. Baskin was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene despite efforts by the fire department to save her. Her body was subsequently taken to Ochsner LSU Health hospital for an autopsy.
