In the early morning hours of December 1, 2023, the life of 30-year-old Cassie Williams, a female resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short in an act of violence that shook the Cedar Grove neighborhood. Just before 7:19 a.m., multiple gunshots echoed from her home in the 500 block of West 77th Street.
