Cassie Williams, a 30-year-old resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, was fatally shot in her home on December 1, 2023. The incident occurred in the Cedar Grove neighborhood, specifically in the 500 block of West 77th Street, just before 7:19 a.m..

Williams was shot multiple times and was transported to Ochsner LSU Health hospital, where she succumbed to her wounds at 7:46 a.m.. Her identity was confirmed through fingerprint comparison by the Caddo Parish Coroner’s office.
