On a late Saturday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 23-year-old Ricky Scott, a male resident of the city, was tragically cut short. On December 9, 2023, at approximately 11:40 p.m., gunfire erupted in the area of North 32nd Street and Bogan Walk. Scott sustained gunshot wounds during the incident and was transported by a private vehicle to a nearby hospital.
