In a tragic turn of events on a December afternoon in Baton Rouge, a confrontation led to the death of 50-year-old Mito Ramirez. The incident, which took place on December 23, 2016, unfolded in the front yard of a home on Monterrey Boulevard. Ramirez, a male, had been found sleeping in the yard by two brothers who lived at the residence. What began as an attempt to wake a stranger escalated into a fatal encounter.
