On a quiet Sunday morning in Frankfort, Kentucky, just eight days before Christmas, the life of 47-year-old Bryan E. Biggs was tragically cut short. On December 17, 2023, Frankfort Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 100 block of Myrtle Avenue at 10:22 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Biggs with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries about an hour later.
