In the early morning hours of a Thursday in Frankfort, Kentucky, the life of 24-year-old Aundria Devell Scott Jr., a male from Louisville, was cut tragically short. On December 9, 2021, dispatchers at the Frankfort/Franklin County 911 center received a startling call from a man who claimed he had just shot someone on Owenton Avenue, alleging that the individual had drawn a gun on him.
