In the late hours of a Monday night in Frankfort, Kentucky, the life of 24-year-old Christian Fowler was tragically cut short. On August 28, 2017, authorities responded to a call of a man shot at the Hickory Hills Manor apartment complex. Upon arrival, they discovered Fowler suffering from a gunshot wound outside one of the buildings.
