In the early morning hours of a late June Saturday in Frankfort, Kentucky, the life of 41-year-old Dustin C. Northington was brought to an abrupt and violent end. The third-shift supervisor at a local Waffle House, who had also worked as a technical machine operator and a truck hand, was found shot to death near the Tractor Supply on Arrowhead Court on June 25, 2022.
