Coty Lee Brumback, a 24-year-old resident of Frankfort, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2019. The incident occurred in a parking garage on St. Clair Street in Frankfort, where Brumback and his dog were found with gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Brumback was pronounced dead at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. His dog also succumbed to the injuries sustained in the shooting.
