In the early morning hours of September 4, 2019, the life of 24-year-old Coty Lee Brumback, a male from Frankfort, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. Following a verbal disagreement at a downtown establishment, Brumback and his dog, Baloo, were fatally shot in a parking garage on St. Clair Street. The altercation began at a local bar and tragically escalated in the nearby parking structure.
