In a quiet Frankfort, Kentucky, apartment complex on Ashwood Court, a Sunday morning was violently disrupted, leading to the tragic death of Chirome Avant Randle. The 16-year-old male was fatally wounded during a home invasion. On September 14, 2025, an assailant forced his way into the residence, opening fire and striking Randle in the head.
