Murdered

On July 9, 2023, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Portland police officers responded to a shooting incident in the 8400 block of North Fessenden Street in the St. Johns neighborhood. Upon arrival, they discovered 26-year-old Tyrell W. Martin deceased at the scene. The Oregon State Medical Examiner later confirmed that Martin died from gunshot wounds, ruling his death a homicide.
