In the early afternoon of June 14, 1995, the life of Eric Jordan, a 32-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. A neighbor placed a distressing 911 call at approximately 12:10 p.m., reporting that Jordan was on the porch of his residence on the 3300 block of SE 143rd Avenue in Portland, Oregon, clearly in agony.
