Death by Force

On August 23, 2023, 18-year-old Terry Edgar Ross was fatally shot in the 7100 block of Pluto Drive on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred in the early morning, around 6:15 a.m., when officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a report of a person shot. Initially, Ross was described as being in critical condition, but he was later confirmed to have died at the scene by the Marion County Coroner's Office.
