On a Sunday afternoon in Indianapolis, what began as a business transaction ended in a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 35-year-old Kerwin Pollard. On March 6, 2022, Pollard and his fiancée were in the city to sell clothing, a venture they had advertised on the online marketplace OfferUp. They had arranged to meet with potential buyers, a decision that would have tragic consequences.
