On a summer evening in Indianapolis, a life was tragically cut short. Thirty-one-year-old Pedro Antonio Membreno Tinoco was fatally shot on Saturday, August 18, 2018. Following the shooting, which occurred near 34th Street and Moller Road, friends attempted to rush him to a hospital for medical attention.
