Santiago Prado, a 24-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2021. According to reports, Santiago was shot and killed on the city's east side, specifically in the 1300 block of North Kealing Avenue. The incident occurred shortly before noon, and despite the efforts of emergency responders, Santiago was pronounced dead at the scene.
