In a tragic turn of events on February 19, 2021, a young man's life was cut short on the east side of Indianapolis. Santiago Prado, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot in the 1300 block of North Kealing Avenue. The incident occurred shortly before noon, and despite the quick response of emergency personnel, Prado was pronounced dead at the scene. He was of White / Caucasian ethnicity.

The investigation into the shooting fell to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Detectives ...
