On Saturday, May 18, 2024, 21-year-old Nejha Cox was found shot in the early morning hours on Hollywood Road NW in Atlanta's Carey Park neighborhood. The incident occurred while Cox was sitting in the passenger seat of a car, and her child was also present in the vehicle during the shooting.
