Courtney Camille Cox, a 32-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on October 20, 2021, in Atlanta, Georgia. Courtney was a highly accomplished individual, having graduated from Spelman College with a double major in French and International Studies, and later earning her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She was an associate at the law firm Paul Hastings LLP in Atlanta at the time of her death.
