Ashley Chantel Oglesby, a 16-year-old African American girl from Atlanta, GA, tragically lost her life on July 9, 2015. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at her family's apartment in The Villages of East Lake, a residential complex in Atlanta. Ashley was shot multiple times while she slept in her bed.
