On a Wednesday evening in Washington, D.C., the lives of two men were abruptly ended in a burst of gunfire that also left three others wounded. The incident unfolded at approximately 9:50 p.m. on September 27, 2023, in the 2500 block of 14th Street, Northeast, in the Brentwood area.
